Power and grounding review:
- Greg Hart of P-25 working on gathering material for review (he and Vern Sandberg had already done much of the work with T. Carey previously)
- Review has been listed as Milestone for Nov. 1 for some time
- Expected engineering requirements for different scenarios are being evaluated
- Best solution would be to have NIS engineers continue to help
- Since some uncertainty in whether NIS engineers will be available, other options are being pursued
