October - Order board parts for system test
November 15 - FEM Review (after controller board tests, assumes o.k. given for
November 15 - Order (quick turn-around) enough boards for 4 chassis to do octant test (16 CROC boards, 8 Controller boards, 4 Backplanes)
January 10 - Receive Assembled boards
January 15 - Check boards and Assemble Cross-Rib Assembly (holds 4 chassis
February 1 - Start octant test
February 15 - Analyze results and tweak boards
March 1 - Place production orders (if another prototype round not needed)
?3 1/2 month delay from original schedule
Could possibly make up some time with more parallel testing and assembly lines, but too early to say for sure
Will likely mean less testing time before roll-in (had ~6 weeks after all chassis installed before)
