(STAF) Evaluator; connects Tracks to Towers.

In other words: it tells you that in which towers did a particular track deposit energy maximum 30 towers per track the tower <--> track is a many-to-many relationship Entries are concatenated! Track means TRUE_TRACK, unique throughout the event, even if there are subevents and/or multiple input files (merge)
