Makes selections on GEANT hits to process. It works by deleting entries from the munhits table.

Call mMuiGhitFilter in the event loop after the getevent call, but before any module calls.

Parameters:
munhits - MuID GEANT hits from PISA.
munhits_h - Header structure for the dMuiRaw table.
