The production of single pi0 for Run-01 is being done through the steps described in "Single-Particle Embedding in EMCal (HOWTO)" plus a modified version of camresprun.C which includes acceptance filter to require that both decay gammas fall within EMCal.

Some more practical details of the "production" process:

• The working scripts used to produce the final files are at: /afs/rhic/phenix/users/enterria/year1_pi0_scripts/
• The working directory were those scripts run (and where the small output files, like *.oscar, were stored) is: /phenix/workarea/enterria/year1_pi0_embed/
• Any private libs used were taken from: /afs/rhic/phenix/users/enterria/installnew/lib/
• The temporary directories where the (big) output files (*.prdf, *.root) are stored: local /home/enterria/ of disks rcas2050-2059 (for field-off runs) and rcas2060-2098 (for field-on runs).
  Output files: /home/enterria/pisa_files/gam_PISA_runXXXX-YYYY.root, /home/enterria/prdf_files/gam_runXXXX-YYYY.prdf, /home/enterria/dst_files/gam_runXXXX-YYYY.root (**), /home/enterria/eval_files/gam_rawrel_runXXXX-YYYY.root, /home/enterria/qa_files/gam_qa_runXXXX-YYYY (**).root
• The scripts to transfer the output files to HPSS are: /afs/rhic/phenix/users/enterria/year1_gam_scripts/file_handling.sh and /afs/rhic/phenix/users/enterria/year1_gam_scripts/transfer_hpss.sh
• The HPSS directory were all the PISA, prdf and eval files will be copied: /home/enterria/year1_pi0_oscar_files, /home/enterria/year1_pi0_pisa_files, /home/enterria/year1_pi0_prdf_files, /home/enterria/year1_pi0_dst_files, /home/enterria/year1_pi0_eval_files
• The list of all PISA, prdf and eval files once copied into HPSS: listoftransferedfiles_pi0
