Executive summary: (selected subset of all info below) I) Look at the following GIFs; showing the efficiency vs HV. The plateu is just reached at around 4300 V with 90 mV.

II) Here are some 1D efficiency plots for two HV settings for gap 2:
The South 4300 (especially for vertical) values look pretty close (suspiciously high? higher than 4480..) to the 4480 values. In case something went wrong with the book-keeping, I looked at some ~1 day older files also. They look very similar:

III) Here I've put some comparison plots with eff. results using Hiroki's
method on Run-3 dAu data. I compared the d-Au results with cosmics taken at 4300 V and 90 mV threshold, which were the values used for the dAu part of the run.
For North, there's a pretty good average agreement
between Hiroki's values and the cosmic data numbers (1-2 % difference).
For South, there is about an 8-10 % difference, with the higher number coming
from the cosmics analysis. [Yes, the cosmic analysis of gap/plane = 4
failed - looks like we took some corrupt data somehow].

We also put the 60 and 90 mV measurements on the same plots:
