You need to have the DivX codec to be able to play the Jeopardy video.  
It's available for free from www.divx.com for Windows and Macintosh.  
There are also versions available for Linux, for example from 
http://www.linuxbasis.com/downdvd.html .

Achim Franz found that he needed to use VLC in order to hear the audio 
on his Mac.  VLC is also freeware, available from 
http://www.videolan.org/vlc/ .
