Pattern Recognition Status
- Performance without anode readout still needs to be improved though it does work at least at some level; unfortunately minimal amount of time has been available to work on this last ~2 months
- Main problem: too many combinations of hits look reasonable when only two views and require only:
Only take hits within projection area
cathode intersections in a plane line up
chi-square of station stub passes chi-square cut
chi-square of full track passes chi-square cut
- Potential improvements: some combination of:
charge on two cathodes in a gap need to match
cathodes should intersect over an anode wire
can projection of track be improved by using vertex or other fitting
