Highlights:

Major sources of background are flower pot, piston,

and Station 1 itself

sheath around flower pot plus extension toward

station 1 will significantly improve background from

flowerpot (factor 3-4 reduction in leptons, 1.5 in

hadrons)

shield in front of station 1 being studied

station 1 geometry to be updated to reflect current

design

Background/event: ~50 in south arm, ~100 in north arm
