Detector Response - Needs to store 4 samples/strip rather than 1.
Zero Suppression - Needs to be updated to use actual zero-suppression algorithm (not set until prototyping further along)
Apply Calibration - Framework set up to apply calibration constants, but needs to use PHENIX database (work begun at UNM)
Find Cathode Clusters - Some modifications needed to work well with missing channels.
Fit Cathode Clusters - Will need some modifications to match fit function better to actual chamber data.
Pattern Recognition - More tuning, ghost-rejection that combines MuTr-MuID information, second-pass software for cathode cluster fitting
Track Fitting - Need to replace Fortran-based GEANE package with C++
