8-Channel ROC Prototype

• Prototype of analog and variable delay circuitry (including transition card) tested OK:

  • CMRR = 50-60 dB (can be improved further with precision resistors @ $12/ROC)
  • No observable cross-talk (100% cross-talk for unphysical signals saturating receiver op-amp)
  • 1% gain variation
  • Threshold non-linearity = 0.5mV (0-512mV)
  • Variable delay non-linearity = +/- 0.5nsec
  • MUX selects, channel masks, on-board pulser function
