Instructed to scrub $20k EDIA, defer North Arm.
Cost escalations due to overhead increase and unfunded items (LV and HV distribution boxes).
Addressed by scrubbing file (more physicists doing production testing) and ORNL institutional contribution (EDIA for distribution boxes).
Current projection is ~$35k above STF allocation.
Largest budget item is rather uncertain prototype testing EDIA - we did budget explicitly for two prototype rounds.
