High Priority - items which must be done; because
- Detector health requires it.
- Operational readiness at start of year-2 requires it.
Medium - items which should be done; because
- Post east-arm roll-in is a nice window, so get things done now.
- Likelihood of operational readiness at start of year-2 will be greatly improved.
