Relational table mapping raw hits in FEM format (dMuiFEM table) to the GEANT hits (munhits table) that produced them.

The GEANT hits are referenced by index number in the munhits table. The FEM data are referenced by the four numbers that uniquely identify a MuID readout channel (FEM,ROC,WordInROC,Channel).
