Table produced by mMuiFEMToDCM_, which applies the DCM pass-through algorithm to FEM packet and reformats data into DCM packet format.

The DCM packet will contain header information which is basically the same as the FEM header information, but in slightly different order. Again, the header should hold the FEM hardware address which should contain the information:
