Today we tested couple of things to see how various connections affect noise:

baseline:
all HV, Calib and ARCNET cables in.
S1 is powered off(from yesterday's shower)

To get uniform ground, we added more cooper tapes between chambers and chassis.
This helped to reduce noise by ~0.5 ADC counts, some get bigger reduction.

Further, we added more tape betweem S-2 ground bars and chambers, didn't see big change.

Last thing we did was to disconnect calib ground wires from S2,S3 chambers. 
This made thing really worse:
