Data taken after we removed scaffoldings in the magnet and replaced Al 
shield plate with Al foil.

Everything is in, with following electrical configuration:

S1: Chambers are not tied. 
    Chassis are jumped together.

S2: By default, all chambers are tied together.
    Chassis are jumped.
    Al shield plates were replaced with Al foil.

S3: Chambers are isolated. 
    Chassis are tied within octant but not cross octant.

HV: 10K Rs installed.

Calib: cable shield wire is tied to chamber, the other end id free.
