We have collected as much inormation from the collaboration as we can.
Most numbers are only order-of-magnitude estimates.
We are hampered by an incomplete understanding of some issues (OO).
Continued refinement of the current estimates and requirements is of
diminishing value.
Therefore, we recommend that a successor task force make an initial survey of
the available data base products. If hen it becomes clear that more
information need to be collected, the Requirements Task Force can be
reactivated
