Once the system is energetic enough (AGS,SPS, but not SIN), the freezeout temperature is saturated at
about 140 MeV. The rest of the pt slope is due to collective expansion
In Phenix, a quick measurement of the pi, K, p slopes in PbPb should again
extrapolate to 140 MeV. To complete the systematics, this should be repeated
with pp collisions, and with something intermediate, like Sulphur.
Note that pt-dependent tracking efficiencies should be known, but this
measurement does not need absolute cross sections.
