Offline infrastructure

1. Have the development tools Bonsai, LXR and Bugzilla working and used
2. Make a perl-or-whatever script to get valgrind results about the reconstruction on the web.
3. Have the code documented (doxygen) and produce the doc (at least for pro versions ?)

Offline framework

1. Get the PHObjectFiller and Co. committed to phool
2. Change the way ezdst handles the new nodes, so it uses the very same code as udst or ndst makers, i.e. base it upon PHObjectFiller
3. Introduce the concept of single particles in nanoDST framework.

emc/emc-calib packages

1. Change (at least) emcfuncs in preco and udst to use ObjectFillers.
2. Remove obsolete code from (at least) emc-calib
3. Commit and test the "new" decoder in emc-calib
4. Change emc and emcfuncs to make use of a PHReconstructionModule-like to make the selection between Real/Simu/Year1/Year2/pp/AuAu clear cut.
