Close coupling to the detector subsystems is envisaged. Written memos (eventually papers) will be the preferred method of conveying information. In the ideal case, regular meetings should consist of reviews of completed work, presentations of work in progress and plans for future work. Hopefully, face to face discussions will provide a stimulus for improvements and further or new work in all categories, leading eventually to drafts of publications to be presented to the collaboration. Video/telephone conferences to outlying labs may be required. Regular communication will be by the collaboration only phenix-hard-l list server and the Hard Scattering WWW page with both collaboration-only and public sections.
