First Calibration results (MJL 12/28/00)

These plots are from a rough initial anlysis of data taken December 15th for stations-1,2,3 when all of each of the stations was pulsed by the calibration system at 4 DAC values (0x00, 0x10, 0x20 and 0x40). Shown are results of a linear fit for the octant-1 data. A linear fit seems to give an adequate description of the data. These plots are versus channel in each FEM in octant-1. Later I will try to remap these kind of plots onto chamber strip number.

For the ADC response of a strip I have used 1800-ADC since most pedestals are near 1800 counts and I wanted to see a positive gain. (Otherwise pedestals would have been near 1800 and gains near -8 ADC counts per DAC count.)
