muTr Calibration Patch Cable

Runs between driver output and patch panel input

16 cables are used for each arm

Pinout (as seen from back of connector where wires go into it):

  10-pin brown Molex connector

  wire is 4-pair with drain wire and individual shield for each pair plus overall
  shield for whole cable - Alpha 24AWG cable (see calibration page for details)

  * pinout is same on both ends of cable
  * each "grnd" pin has two shields from the nearest pairs tied to it
  * each "black" wire is part of the pair with the colored wire above it
  * DO NOT CONNECT SHIELDS TO PINS ON ONE END OF EACH CABLE - THIS IS WHERE
    WE BREAK THE GROUND PATH
