• Central colls.: baryon/meson ~ 1.0 for pT > 2 GeV/c at variance with perturbative production mechanisms (favour lightest meson).

• Peripheral colls. baryon/meson ~ 0.3 as in p+p,pbar (ISR, FNAL) and in e+e- jet fragmentation
