Electron Beam Polarimeter Workshop at BNL, November 8, 2002
This was the first workshop on EIC electron beam polarimetry
to considers its design for a good beam polarization
measurement and to consider aspects of its integration in to the
electron beam design.

14:30 Discussion
- Which design/physics process appropriate for EIC?
- What difficulties might we face w.r.t. different design
parameters?
- Any beam parameters near limits of acceptibility?
- Longitudinal and Transverse polarimetry? Separate or Combined?
- Any other issues?
15:30 Coffee
16:30 Summary and Future Plans
- Formation of common working group?
- Communication with Electron Beam and IR design group?
- Any other issues?
17:30 End of Meeting
18:30 Dinner at a local restaurant
The speakers were requested to write a brief summary of their
presentation and also a 1-2 page summary of their thoughts on the
EIC electron beam polarimetry. They will be available on this page.
